July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

Super clean resort with gorgeous ocean and pool view rooms. The resort needs to hire an activity staff team to coordinate things to do during the stay.

When we arrived, we were somewhat surprised at the condition of the hotel, being a part of the Ritz Carlton chain. The hotel was rundown, floors were not swept or clean. Our hotel room smelt like dog urine. Will not go back.
